The first writer to ever prompt a talking-to by Mr. Hays, The Regulator's articles have always dared to push the envelope to ever-greater levels of sexual innuendo. Not surprisingly, he also did well in Dr. Allen's Advanced Biology/Sexual Innuendo class, despite doing nothing but writing articles, gambling with 20-sided dice, playing with miniature Star Wars figures and discussing the view of Ellen's ass with Newman. All this, and he was the leading writer of quirky little columns for the Cardinal News that about six people read. Liked to get his articles in about two days after the deadline, but like I said, he did write for the Cardinal News.
